About Jericho Sailing Centre Association

The Jericho Sailing Centre is Vancouver's ocean community centre for small, naturally powered craft-sailing dinghies, kayaks, windsurfers, SUP's, ocean rowing, outrigger canoes, etc. The Jericho Sailing Centre has been developed, managed, and operated since its inception by the Not for Profit Jericho Sailing Centre Association in cooperation with the Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation. The JSCA's mandate is to deliver low cost, highly accessible, safe, ocean recreation programs to the people of Vancouver and guests. We are home to Canada's first program for disabled sailors - the Disabled Sailing Association of BC. Our ocean kayaking, dinghy sailing and windsurfing schools introduce approximately 9,000 landlubbers to safe, low cost ocean recreation annually.  We receive no taxpayer support and are completely funded by our users.
