Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in marine electrical systems and be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in Yachts and Boats.This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems. The Electrician will ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with local codes and regulations.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the yachting or boating industry
• Expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing electrical systems on vessels
• Strong understanding of marine electrical codes and safety regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
