About West Coast Boatyard Association

Since 2004 the West Coast Boatyard Association has led workforce development projects for the recreational marine service industry.  With the strong revival of our industry, skilled labour and succession planning is more critical than ever.  The WCBA is positioned to support and promote training, career and business development for the sustainable growth of BC's recreational marine service, refit and construction businesses and tradespeople.
