    Position Overview:

    We’re looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our growing team as Yacht Brokers, covering Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. If you have a flair for sales, are energized by the boating lifestyle, and love connecting with people, we want to hear from you.

    Yacht sales experience is an asset, but not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm for the marine world, exceptional communication skills, and ability to build strong relationships. Whether you already have connections in the boating or yachting community—or are eager to make them—this is your opportunity to thrive in a vibrant, fast-growing industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Develop and maintain a network of buyers and sellers within the boating community.

    - Actively participate in local boating events and communities to foster relationships.

    - Provide exceptional service to clients, guiding them through the buying and selling process.

    - Collaborate with our sales and service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

    Job Requirements:

    - Sales experience (marine-related experience preferred, but not required).

    - Having relationships in the boating community is beneficial.

    - A true passion for boating and the lifestyle that comes with it.

    - Familiarity with or existing connections in the boating/yacht community is an advantage.

    - Enjoys engaging with the boating community and participating in related events.

    - Is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a commission-based environment.

    - Willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a collaborative, dynamic team.
